Jim has an extensive background in coaching: 37 years as a swimming coach, 15 at the NCAA Division, National Champions and Junior National record holders. Recruitment and development were key items in the success. Jim has been a financial advisor for 20 years and is a Certified Life Coach. He has published seven books, conducts team building workshops and gives motivational talks.
