Resch\, VP Retirement Strategies\, Finance of America Reverse\nAs VP of Retirement Strategies at Finance of America Reverse\, Steve leads the education and training programs for financial professionals about the role of home equity and reverse mortgages within a comprehensive financial plan. Steve’s career in financial services spans over 30 years\, first as a fixed income analyst\, and for the past 25 years as a partner in a wealth management firm. Throughout his career\, he has incorporated strategies to protect and grow client assets by managing risks. \nWhen introduced to reverse mortgages in the early 2000’s\, Steve realized that these were not just loans\, but rather an opportunity to add home equity to the financial planning process\, providing further safeguards for his clients to ensure their financial longevity.
