He opened his first agency in 2006\, with only one team member. Currently\, he employs 30 team members. Perry believes in helping others by giving back to his community and individuals. He is passionate about the industry and helping other agents become successful\, and has spoken to groups more than 300 times. \nOriginally from South Dakota\, he relocated to Las Vegas in 2002. and joined State Farm in 2006. Perry has not only been successful with the launch of his agency\, but he also did it during an economic downturn\, when Las Vegas was suffering from a depressed real estate market.
