Deferred compensation arrangements provide employers with a nonqualified planning tool that rewards selected participants by helping them create financial security for retirement, death and/or disability. Bill will explore all the elements of such deferred compensation arrangements.
Bill is Managing Partner, Spence, Cassidy & Associates. He has served on the boards of several industry organizations. He is General Agent appointed with the insurance companies of OneAmerica. His professional experience includes Personal Financial Analysis, Disability Income Continuation, Retirement Planning and Estate Conservation Strategies. His business services include Business Continuation, Employee Benefits, Business Insurance and Retirement Plans.

Chief Development Officer with Global Action.
He was nominated for the NFL ‘True Value an of the Year’ in 1996 and the ‘Byron. White Humanitarian Award’ in 1997. When with the Jaguars, he was voted “Athlete of the Year” by the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
